GEMINI NEW MOON 2023
June 18 Full Moon is at 12:37 AM EST 26 degrees 43 minutes Gemini. Gemini’s ruler, Mercury, Sextile Venus in Leo for cheery banter at the beach or barbecue. Saturn goes retrograde in Pisces on 17 June until 4 November. This will deepen the mist around worldly matters. The only way out is through it. It will be a fun time to imagine your way into other realities, dreamscapes, and circumstances. Neptune starts a retrograde cycle at 27 degrees Pisces on 30 June lasting until 5 December. Neptune retrograde in its home sign will give a long opportunity to connect with our deepest selves through dreams and meditation. Daydreams count! Pluto is back in Capricorn, so the next months are another time- another opportunity- to get used to taking responsibility for our own actions, desires and personal authority. Make it a habit. Watch your words. Watch the messages taken, taken on board, and the ones you pass around. Remember what is heard on the grapevine and shared willy nilly can wither both grape and the vine. Enjoy the last few days of Gemini – fluid breezes, the ability to divert the mind's eye to what is pleasing and desired and away from what we don’t want to entertain. Gemini is a mutable sign, and it allows for redirection of ideas and focus. This helps us to refine what we want to attract into our lives. On the 21st, the Solstice, the Sun enters Cancer, and we can open new pathways. Cancer is a Cardinal sign that likes starting anew. Since Cancer works with intuition and emotion, roll with your own inner tides to know when and how to begin. There is great opportunity, both in full sunlight and in the dark of the Moon, to meet the Self. To have a conversation with the Higher Wisdom that inhabits each one of us. Take the time to find the language you speak together and build from there. There is a lot to tell and much more to know and find out. Love, Lydia DM or message me if you want a reading. 💜🌑♊️

SAGITTARIUS FULL MOON
The Strawberry, Rose, or Hot Full Moon, as this one is known, depending where you are, is 11:42 PM EST JUNE 3, 2023, at 13 degrees 18 minutes Sagittarius ♐️. This is.m a fiery moon with a trine to Mars in Leo. We can earth our expansive ideas with Sagittarius’s ruler, Jupiter, conjunct the North Node in Taurus – as long as we aim for an uptick in what is valuable to us and if it nurtures our development. The Sun in Gemini breathes on the fire of this Moon. It fans the flames that align our thoughts with our beliefs. What we think we want can be weeded from what we really want at this full Moon. The evolutionary path asks us to identify ourselves as our own person despite societal/familial views and their seeming demands. Sagittarius follows its intuition fed by natural law. The dandelion knows it’s worth and grows all over the place – despite the fact that its healing properties stood in the way of the pharmaceutical industry and was deemed a pest. It knows its magnificent worth as a pretty flower and as a medicine. Even if it doesn’t, it freely grows anyway. As can we. If there are pressures from peers, from employers, from parents, from authorities, Sagittarius reminds us to make up our own mind and act accordingly, in line with our own philosophy and inner guidance. We are open to new information and different ways of thinking. It is time to broaden our scope. I’m leaving it there for today. Be big in the ways you want. Why pretend to be an ant if you are a horse? Why pretend to be an elephant if you are a cat? To naturally BE, that is the prescription. Allowing is the medicine. The relief that comes with embracing our natural self is the key. Shoot for the Moon. ♐️🌕 Love, Lydia TAURUS NEW MOON 2023
May 19, 2023, at 11:53 am EST 28 degrees 25 minutes Taurus The May new Moon is joined in Taurus by Uranus, Mercury, the North Node, and Jupiter. Just Uranus, at 19 degrees Taurus, is anywhere near conjunct the Moon. The rest are in early degrees of the sign. With Taurus, an increased focus on safety, security, and beauty are present. Taurus is the first fixed sign. It is finding its feet in the earth plane so it seeks to survive as a priority. That is why food, shelter and basic needs are so vital and top of mind for Taurus. Peace and harmony are also of paramount importance. A bull that has been taunted will, by all means, put in quite a show of power and rage. Wave that red flag one too many times… and watch it go… The bull’s preference, though, is to lounge in a not too hot pasture with the scent of wildflowers on the breeze and some cute cows with whom to pass the time. The power is in the quiet presence. The power is in the resting of earthly energy that welcomes the blossoms in their own timing. Use of force is not the Taurus way. Piss them off and they will leave for higher ground. They may stand and fight when cornered. They would prefer to seek out greener, more peaceful pastures if the current one becomes crowded or hostile. So, if you feel the need for more peace and safety in your world, walk away. Pack up and go. No apology or warning or excuses needed. New beginnings and changes are eased along as the Sun and new moon are Sextile to mars in Cancer. This happy aspect to Mars likes the idea of a safe and happy home – even if, like the hermit crab, you wear that home on your back for now. Jupiter has entered its year-long journey through Taurus on 17 May. Jupiter expands and gives an optimistic cast to our values and how we value ourselves. Jupiter in Taurus reminds us that we can find ways to feel better, cozier and more secure in our homes and lives through being honest about what we really need, want and treasure. This expansive feeling of self-care and self-value can then expand outward past the front door, the garden, the street where we live, and beyond. In daily life, though, start with the self. See where Taurus is by house and sign in your chart to delve into what yearns for expansion and optimism for the next year. Mars enters Leo on the 20th and opposes Pluto and squares Jupiter. This aspect asks us to see how our creative self-expression can feed our expansion and benefit not just ourselves, but the whole. On the21st the Sun enters Gemini. Its ruler, Mercury, is working its way out of the retrograde shadow. It will make happy aspects to Mars and Pluto. Allow the fun and fluidity to flow. Your heart and soul will thank you for feeling a sense of ease. With Jupiter in earthly and fixed Taurus for the next year, remember that what we give energy, attention, and action to will grow. With Mars in Leo and the Sun in Gemini creative thought and output can transmute and redirect the very course of your life. Yah! Love yourself and take up all the space you want to on this great green earth. What we focus on expands – especially now. Think of what you do want. Write it. Dream it. Picture it. Do things that help take you there. Live it. And! Love it. ARIES NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSE
The second Aries new Moon of 2023 is made more unusual as it is also an unusual hybrid solar eclipse is when both an annular and a total eclipse are viewable, depending where you are in the world. It takes place at 12:13 AM EST on April 20th at 29 degrees 50 minutes ARIES. 29 is a critical degree adding extra import to this new Moon. Whatever ideas/initiatives/practices you thought of starting at the 00 degree new Aries new Moon on March 21st give attention to again at the 29 degree ARIES New Moon. Refine and affirm what is wanted going forward. Write it down. Take some photos to remind you of what is desired. Imagine it already is active and realized in your life. Close the book on things that don’t fit with the new vision/ideas/ideals. When Mercury goes retrograde on 21 April at 15 degrees Taurus, keep up the reminders. Taurus retrograde Mercury will give time for these intentions to take form – refining the idea, reflecting on how you really want it to be, reframing possibility into plan and form. You’ll have a better feeling for the new set up around the next eclipse on the Full Scorpio Moon on May 5. About 15 minutes after the new Moon, the Moon will enter Taurus followed by the Sun at 4:14 AM EST. Jupiter is nearly conjunct the Sun and Moon at the eclipse adding an optimistic tone. It could also make emotions and instincts larger than life for a bit, so riding that wave til things calm down in Taurus could be a good way to go. Aries ruler, Mars, is in Cancer making a Sextile to Mercury in Taurus giving a harmonious, intuitive cast to the thoughts and words connected to actions. Venus in Gemini makes a mutable square to Saturn in Pisces inviting us to get our feelings of authority in line with what we love and value. Pluto, of course, is still at the critical 00 degrees of Aquarius so the Sun will make a fixed square to Pluto when it enters Taurus on April 20th. Times are calling us to evolve. The times are urging us onward and into the embodiment of our leveled up selves. Yep I just said that. There are huge influxes of light from the Sun from the universe as a whole and from our higher selves at this time. I choose to buy into this idea that time has come to allow ourselves to be more enlightened, more empowered, more encouraged and more involved in our own expansion. And now I’m going to have a nice lie down to allow all of these energies to find their way into my system. At this new Moon: rest, assimilate, coalesce. We’ll know how to act and when to act if we allow the dark of the moon to do its mysterious and magnetic work. Love, Lydia www.soulastro.com LIBRA FULL MOON 2023
Another 16 degree Full Moon. This one is in Libra at 12:34 AM EST on 6 April 2023. Libra is a Cardinal Venus -ruled air sign. Libra is learning how to connect through all kinds or relationships. We find out more about ourselves through those relationships. Do I want to speak this way or that – or not at all? Do I want lots of time with others or maybe I could try more solitude. Does time with that one bring out the best in me or do we just gossip together? Am I energized or weary after an activity with that one? At the time of the turning of the year, this is the first full moon of the astrological new year- we can adjust, evaluate and find new ways to align with ourselves and others. Cardinal signs – Aries and Libra both – like to start fresh. Libra is a sign of the mind. Aries is a fiery sign of spirit. We can calibrate the instinctual will with the beauty of the mind at this full Moon and see where that takes us. We can feel the joy of the I am here! Energy that is so strong at the moment. I am here! I matter! And that must mean that others also are important t to this earth experience. Many are speaking up in support of the communities in need of it now. It is best to focus, with expansive Jupiter conjunct the Sun – on the hopeful energy of love, cooperation and kind hearted ness that IS on the upswing. One thing we always have the power to grow is our own ability to love, to hope and to hold the vision of the beautiful world we want to experience. It is best to hold and grow the energy of the living vibration- always and especially now. Taurus, the earthly fixed Venus- ruled sign has Venus, Uranus, the north node, and Mercury passing through it. The Sun, Jupiter and Chiron are riding close to the Sun in Aries. The initiatory energy of the first sign of the zodiac is extra strong at the full Moon. Pluto is at critical degree of 00 Aquarius having finally moved out of Saturn for the next couple of months. We also have the new beginning energy with both the Sun and Venus in Cardinal signs. We can earth the fresh starts we make with all of those planets in Taurus. We may even be able to stick with new habits we truly find to be valuable and helpful at this time. Taurus loves a routine. Aquarius is a fixed air sign. With Pluto newly there we may see ourselves and the collective feel the winds of change. Venus Sextile Neptune making it easy to vibe with our dreams wishes hopes and desires. Saturn in Pisces sextile Mercury in Taurus says it may be time to give a voice to these heretofore quiet dreams and visions – even if we say them to ourselves, in the dark that is only illuminated by the light of this full Moon. A full moon that is ruled by Venus and breathes the air of beauty, of partnerships of all kinds, of exploring how to relate. We can start with that relationship that is always close by- the one with the self. It is appropriate with the Sun in Aries. We can take a love bath in the Venus-ruled full moon and feel that love take hold inside us and radiating outward to all we know and those we don’t spreading hope, expansion and peace. With Pluto at 00 degrees Aquarius, many people sharing this same intention can make a positive effect on the whole. Lots of love to you. www.soulastro.com lydia@soulastro.com ARIES NEW MOON 2023
This is the first of two Aries new moons in a row. One on March 21 and one on April 19 on the 00 degree and 29 degree of the sign, respectively. We will get two opportunities for new beginnings with the first and second new Moons of the astrological year. I will talk about the first one – at 1;22 PM EST on 21 March. The Equinox is the day before at 5:24 PM EST. The year is turning. The Sun, Moon, Mercury, Chiron, and Jupiter are all in Aries. The North Node is conjunct Venus inTaurus. Saturn, newly in Pisces, makes a harmonious aspect to the nodal axis calling time on the ways we may be maturing and moving more into that which we want to become. Aries is fire energy. It is called by its instincts to act. It is initiatory Cardinal energy. We may feel a burst of energy and we may want to hop around like a spring lamb. There can be optimism and fun at this new Moon . With its ruler, Mars, in the last degrees of Gemini, we can can get thoughts and actions to sync up. Mars moves into Cancer on 25 March and the feelings may fire instinctive actions and reactions. Being mindful of both can help. Look within to see what needs protecting and what you want to show in the light of day. On the 23rd, Pluto moves into Aquarius. This is the first time in 245 years – since 1778. Revolutions abounded at that time. People were involved in the political process and of how they chose to be governed. It would be advisable to join in with our country and communities now in whatever way we feel so moved and are able. Aquarius is community minded. It rules friends and brilliant ideas that can be put into action. May this be true for us now. Pluto will retrograde back into Capricorn on 12 June for the rest of 2023 and beyond, so planting seeds of unity and participation can be made with loving intent for the next couple of months. Pluto will also be squaring the moon’s nodes for the next year or so. Pluto is the evolutionary intention of the soul and the nodes plot the course for the personality. With this aspect, the opportunity is to square up the soul business with that of the personality business. In other words, any disconnect between the soul’s desire and the actions on the earth plane is best amended. Are we acting in alignment with our values? The North Node is in Taurus and the South is in Scorpio. Are we investing our time and money in activities, people, and companies that align with what we think is right? Are we sticking with some of them out of convenience and habit when we know in our hearts we could find another way? It is time to get the values, the ideals, and the actions to line up. Each of us has our contribution that can be made to the events and restructuring of our personal and societal lives. We can makes some calls, plant some carrots, explain an issue to someone who has questions. We can meditate to raise the vibration. This is a good use of Saturn in Pisces energy- getting the body in sync with All That Is. It will help us to see more clearly how to proceed on a moment to moment basis. We can hold the vision for equitability and fairness. Those are two values I happen to like. What are your faves? It is time to align ourselves with that which we really want for ourselves and our earthly home. The help is there. The expansion can be made. The optimism comes with Aries in the spirit of new beginnings – that we can shift energy and start again – and again – to tune in with what we want and the beauty of how things can be. Happy Aries New Moon! Happy Astrological New Year! Feel the instincts and new birth desire energy rising up and leap. 🐏 ❤️🔥♈️ www.soulastro.com lydia@soulastro.com VIRGO FULL MOON
7 March 2023 7:40 AM EST 16 degrees 40 minutes VIRGO. At this important and impactful full moon in Virgo - Jupiter, Chiron, and Venus are conjunct in Aries asking for us to instinctually expand into new ways of valuing ourselves and all we touch. Uranus in Taurus makes an earth trine to the Moon and sextiles the Sun — happy aspects both – even for an unpredictable planet. It pretends it doesn’t want to play earth people games – but it really does! Clear a space in the garden or the carpet and ground the songs of the spheres into the physical body. It’s no mistake Virgo full moon is the last full moon of the astrological year. Virgo is a transitional archetype, asking us to let go what doesn’t serve or what we simply no longer want in our lives. Between now and the Equinox, appreciate what we have done, made and acquired on all levels. Integrate what needs to be assimilated. Gather what we no longer want or need and get it out of the house in the appropriate fashion. Enjoy and appreciate what remains. And look at the moon and inside for inspiration to move forward. Saturn enters Pisces on March 8 after two plus years in Aquarius. As Saturn rules time, structure, authority, rules, and karma it is a lynchpin of earthly existence. In Aquarius there has been rebellion, revolution, alienation, and upheaval. In Pisces we may see dissolution, disorientation, and confusion— all Neptune stuff. Pisces is the last sign of the Zodiac. It holds the energy of all the signs. So, with Saturn in Pisces we can tune in anywhere on the astrological spectrum and ask for help. We may need to do it in spiritual channels: meditation, journaling, dreaming, etc. where were we at the end of the last Saturn cycle? Saturn was last in Pisces from early 1994 to early 1996. Where is your natal Saturn and what aspect is Saturn making to that natal point now? Saturn is on about a 28 year cycle. So if you weren’t around 26 to 28 years ago, where were you 7 years ago, 14 years ago? 21 years ago? What does Saturn mean to you by house and by sign? How does Saturn aspect your natal Sun? Where does restriction affect your life? How do time and structure help you – or seem to hinder? As Pisces is a mutable water sign, the time and opportunity are now to transmute/transform/translate that relationship with Saturn into one that goes both ways – that works for you. If your natal Saturn is conjunct your natal Sun, you may feel constrained about your self expression. How can you work with that? Well, one way is to find a schedule and structure that works for you – get up everyday and have a set time to do your painting or writing or whatever. Work WITH the gifts that Saturn brings – a container for our expression – time, space and discipline for example. Pisces rules our dreams wishes hopes and desires. Virgo rules the way we keep our day to day life chugging along- clean house, good health, right diet, balance of time for self and time for others- a crucial integrator, so to speak. Together, Pisces and Virgo give us the platform on which to enter into the dream space and return with something tangible. Pisces/Neptune, on its own, might not want to return from the alternate reality. Virgo holds the string to bring the soul back into the body. Saturn can help to make the dream a reality. If it is time. If there is a structure. If the Higher Self agrees. 😊 So things will get washed away in the next two years inside and out. Our work may be transformed in ways we can’t imagine. Find structures that work for you – that are both practical and dreamy; that are both strong and modular and adaptable. Get your sea legs. You’re going to need them. Make sure your ship can roll with the waves and navigate in the fog. Clean the inner lamps that guide. Use the right fuel and make sure you know how to read the maps you are using to navigate life. This is the news consumed, the spiritual practices embraced, the friends and the conversations with which you engage. It means the historical tapes running in the head. Virgo Full Moon asks us to have a look at all of that and appreciate what is worth keeping and jettison the rest. And I choose to remember the wise words of Esther Hicks “you can’t get it wrong and you never get it done.” We just keep showing up as best we can on each given day. Sometimes all we can do is nap and cry. Perhaps that is what is needed that day. Sometimes we can do some other things, too. 💗 Pluto enters Aquarius on March 24 for a while to give us a bit of what the next many years will be like. A time to use our power wisely for the transformative good of the individual- and of the whole. How we are true to ourselves will directly affect the outcome for the whole. We need to hold our own while sharing the experience with the rest of the souls on the planet. It is time- it is a critical time- to Remember who we are as beings beyond this space time reality. We will each need to reach forward and backward in time to bring a consolidated, powerful, wholehearted self to the tasks at hand. The beginning of the end of the beginning.
PISCES NEW MOON 2023 20 Feb 2:06 AM EST 01 degree 22 minutes Pisces Neptune at 24 degrees widely conjunct Venus at the last degree of Pisces. Shortly after the new Moon is exact Venus moves into Aries. Neptune rules Pisces. Venus is the lower octave of Neptune so we are keeping an eye and a heart and a dream and a vision in them both. Venus enters Aries on 21 February, gives Neptune a kiss and jumps into action, into the fray, off the cliff or just steps out for a bit of fresh air in the clear light of day. Neptune and Pisces are misty and moisty and deliciously rich. Pisces can be like a soup with lots of bits floating around in it. Some of the bits are familiar. Some are exotic. Some of the flavors are otherworldly and unidentifiable. We have to go beyond our regular senses with Pisces. We may take a step or ten into the void. We may need to trust. We may need to lean against an idea that turns out to be made of vapor. We may rely on something that does not yet exist. Saturn is in an out of conjunction to the new moon in late degrees of wild card Aquarius. The way we bring form to our dreams may come through in weird and unexpected ways – through unexpected channels and connections with others. A happy aspect between Venus, Saturn and Pluto empowers mental and structural clarity to emerge from the fog – especially if we focus on what we value now. Saturn will enter Pisces on March 8th which will makes interesting work of our personal and societal rules and structures. Some could dissolve and fade away. Some could rise up fueled by fear, manipulation and delusion. Pluto is currently at a critical degree 29 degrees of Capricorn preparing to move into Aquarius on 24 March after spending 15 years in Capricorn. We will get a taste of this powerful next step into the age of Aquarius before Pluto retrogrades into Capricorn until 12 June , returning to Aquarius in January 2024 where it will remain until 2044. The effect of the revolutionary energy of Pluto the powerful transformer in Aquarius can’t be predicted specifically. It will be powerful. It will involve the world community and it will likely transform life as we know it. But for this new Moon, the last one of the astrological year, we can bathe in the wisdom of Pisces – the sign that holds the energy of all the signs. We can look at the structures of our life and see how our thoughts, actions and interactions can better serve ourselves and the community. It is import to strengthen our spiritual practice. In meditation, we can ask the Higher Self how we can contribute to the care, transformation, wisdom, and healing of ourselves and the whole. The internal focus will help us with orientation. Pisces can be foggy and it is helpful to know which way is up. We do each have a part to play. For some it is quiet contemplation, grounding and stabilizing the new energies as they flow in to our environment. For some it is encouraging the self and others. For some it is actively rising up and expressing the needs of the self and of the whole. Our old ways may no longer be working. It is time to get with the Higher Self and tune in to the what our new role is. This way the individual’s energy is used to its best purpose. We will go with the personal and universal flow. We will be useful to the self and the whole and we will be energized for it as it will be the right use of our will – supported by spirit. Supported by the Earth. Held by the universal love of all that is. Ask the Self. Ask the Higher Self for help and guidance. Wait in the assurance that the next step will be revealed. Love, Lydia www.soulastro.com lydia@soulastro.com LEO FULL MOON 2023
5 February 1:27 PM EST 16 degrees 40 minutes Leo. Uranus is square to the Sun and Moon at 15 Taurus. This can shake up feelings of safety and security for both individuals and the collective. Find safe and comforting moments. Take time outs from what is happening on the outer. Allow yourself to take action — political/social/personal – in ways that suit you. Not all people are able to take to the streets in protest. We can write emails and letters to the editor. We can make a stand in social media. Leo creates for the self. For the joy of it. From necessity. From the heart. Because it comes from the heart it can serve the whole. How very Aquarian! We can also take to the higher realms through meditation. We can take time raising our own vibration and permeate the field with increase of wisdom, of conscious love and compassion. When feeling helpless in the face of horror we can stop the wringing of hands and instead open the palms and use the power of our higher selves to raise consciousness. Bothe feet on the streets and fists in the air AND meditation and prayer are Aquarian actions. Both are actions we can take for the good of the whole. Mars is in a wide trine to the Sun at 11 degrees Gemini. So use the information you have and the language that moves with ease through you at this time. It might be one to one. It could be dancing it out. It could be words of encouragement. It could be words of power and praise. It could be a slogan on a sweatshirt or a new tattoo or a very personal manifesto. Mercury enters Aquarius on 12 February. Mercury rules communication and Aquarius rules friends and communities. Communicating with different kinds of communities is useful at this time. We can reestablish links with our seen and unseen helpers: guardians, guides, teachers, angels and ancestors. We can speak with the higher minds of animal intelligences that we feel drawn to join with. We can encourage communities that are experiencing great difficulties either by actual words or by energetic emanations. Aquarius/Uranus is a collective higher mind vibration so if these aren’t things you’ve normally done now is a good time to give it a go. Uranus rules the individual unconscious memory. This Leo full moon some of those memories may be illuminated. The feelings that come with the memories can be integrated via rest (the Lion does a lot of resting for good reason). We can integrate through creativity- painting, drawing, dance, cooking, gardening…even through watching a film or tv show that helps to process what is happening within us and around us. Another way to calibrate with Aquarius Sun/Uranus in Taurus/Leo full Moon energy is to start with the Self. Uranus in Taurus is learning to manage the human computer- the personal electrical system. The physical body is a community itself – made up of fluids and muscles and joints and firing brain cells. We can take this time to tune into all of the moving parts that make up our personal, physical human experience. We can see where bits have veered off and need to be brought into alignment with the whole self. A full Moon can help to highlight what parts of us need attention, healing and love. We can always start from a focus on the self. Much love, Lydia www.soulastro.com lydia@soulastro.com AQUARIUS NEW MOON 2023
Happy Lunar New Year! The first new Moon of 2023 is on 21 January 01 degree 32 minutes Aquarius. Mercury resumed forward motion on 18 January. Uranus goes direct at 14 degrees Taurus on 23 January. Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius- so perfect timing for the new Moon. Of course, we also have a new beginning with the Lunar New Year of the Water Rabbit. The rabbit is associated with longevity, peace and prosperity. We can look for new ways of finding the happy qualities invoked by the rabbit. Aquarius is the rebel of the zodiac and it likes to find its own way of doing things. The next couple of weeks is a good time to allow new ideas, new ways of thinking or to try NOT thinking. Hah hah. All of the planets are moving in forward motion once Uranus goes direct. We may find it easier paths to direction, solutions, and the energy to take action. Aquarius likes to serve the common good. Its polarity- Leo- is developing the creative self. Wherever we are on that trajectory at the moment we can consider what is best for ourselves and what is best for the whole. We can view the full spectrum from “I Will” in Leo to “I Know” in Aquarius. Aquarius takes the big picture seen during Capricorn and internalizes it into useful information and direction. We are nearing the end of the astrological year. Aquarius is the 11th sign. It is wild and it is wise. It can return from the maelstrom with a lightning bolt of truth it has snatched from the sky in the rainstorm. Be aware of wild ideas. They may have been sent just to you as your awareness is aligned and ready to receive it. They may just be there to expand the mind – not necessarily to be acted upon. Discernment and wild-eyed genius go hand in hand. Grounding is key during Aquarius so that we can be a lightning rod to receive next level information. Run any guidance through your internal detector. Does this information sit well with me? For it fit with my values? We can also run ideas by our friends – Aquarius rules friendship and community. Aquarius makes a natural square to Taurus and it’s ruler, Uranus, will be direct in Taurus. Do my ideas and actions serve the greater good? Do my ideas and actions serve me and my greater good? Into the mix – the new Moon is in an out of sign conjunction to Pluto. It’s a reminder that even as we zoom toward the age of Aquarius — Pluto is still in authoritarian Capricorn. Power. Authority. Rules. Schedules. Structures. Governments. Here’s a gentle reminder that our relationship with personal Power and the powers that be is ongoing. We still on the day- to - day are investigating the relationship between personal power and authority. At this new Aquarius Moon it is a good time to keep an eye on our personal relationships with technology. This will be an ongoing theme with Pluto preparing to spend about the next 20 years or so in Aquarius. (Reminder- after entering Aquarius in March, Pluto will go retrograde on May 2nd and remain back in Capricorn from June until after the end of 2023. Capricorn transformation and power is not over yet!) With the Aquarius new Moon we consider: How does technology serve us. How does it empower us? Where are we giving our power and time over to technology. It needs to be an ongoing discussion each one of us has with ourselves. To be conscious of the relationship with devices/information and their use to us is key now and as thing speedily change. In the meantime open the windows! Let in the fresh new year energy. Do the rituals that support new and happy beginnings of all kinds. Welcome the Rabbit into your life and give it a pat and some sweet fresh carrots. Eat delicious food and allow the magic of time moving on to transform and empower. Happy Lunar New Year! 🐇 All the best to you. Lydia www.soulastro.com .lydia@soulastro.com |
