Liberation and Genius Inspiration are keynotes. Evolution can come through shock and awe of sudden truths laid bare on the inner and the outer. Therefore, grounding and being the lightning rod that lets info and energy pass through rather than torch you is the best advice I can give. This is why Aquarius is detached. It rules the higher mind, the zeitgeist. If we held all of the energy and ideas that are flashing around in “the Field” at any one time, especially now, we’d blow a gasket!
As move move through the signs of the zodiac, Aquarius being the 11th, our perspective shifts from hyper personal to a wider, universal view. We see the forest and the trees. We look down at Earth from a space ship. We see other realms.
So, we must have a thicker skin, we feel things personally, but it is learned not to take everything personally so that we can continue to be effective in the world.
This is also why Aquarius rules friends and community.
Aquarius is a time to join with others. To share our ideas and our experiences and our creations to make even cooler creations that are useful.
We must watch out for alienation and for feeling so misunderstood that we retreat into our own stories.
Stay strong and continue to meet with friends for comfort and sharing and strength. These are all Aquarius messages.
The polarity of Aquarius is Leo. So join your creative self expression issuing with the higher mind for best results.
Mars is moving into Aries today. Mars helps us to direct our energy on the Earth plane. Mars in Aries acts us to trust our instincts on the physical and other levels. This is a wonderful joining of the higher mind in Aquarius, the heart in the polarity to Leo and the instinctual need to care for our survival.

CANCER FULL MOON 2017

The New Year really starts now -- more than it did 12 days ago. In a rare occurrence, all of the planets that we typically consider astrologically are moving in a direct motion. There are no retrograde planets at the moment. So if you were dragging your heals into 2017, now is a time to truly step into the New Year energy, to feel where our personal forward motion takes us.
The Sun and Moon are in Cardinal signs and they like new beginnings. So it's time to pull our socks up and find a way to embrace the New Year.
Open to how you want the structure of your life to feel. Cancer/Capricorn is a feeling/doing polarity, so feel your way toward what you want to be doing. Tune into your internal sense of timing so that you will know what hen to act, when to rest, when to vision.
In Cancer we are working with our self image. How we see ourselves. The stronger our sense of emotional security, the more we find ease with our self image.
In The polarity to Capricorn we find our own authority in the scope of society. Pluto in Capricorn is currently in a t-square to Uranus in Aries and Jupiter in Libra. We are, as individuals, empowered to find our personal authority within societal/national/political structures.
We also are balancing our personal lives with the part of us that is taking a role in society.
This can bring up cycles of personal fear and insecurity. These feelings are often historic in nature – coming up to be considered and smoothed yet again.
Full Moons are culmination points. Culmination points. What we were reviewing during the recent Mercury retrograde will become more clear as Mercury moves back into Capricorn today. NOW is a great time to make those 2017 vision boards, lists and intentions that have been brewing during the retrograde.
Cancer knows when to ride the tide and when to scurry behind a rock for retreat.
With the energy of the Pluto/Uranus/Jupiter t- square there are many flarings up in the worldly arena. Do what you need to do to care for yourself. Go into the world, participate in a way that is true for your nature, and then come safely home to recharge and remember who you are.
This is a time of personal and planetary transformation. It is an ongoing transformation. We are in it for the long haul so enjoy the waves, the sunny days, the storms. We will have them all. Some days the best thing is to hang out in a placid tidal pool and soak up the sun. The more we do of that, the better we know when to take actions that will, with greater and greater ease, allow that which we intend to unfold.
