GEMINI FULL MOON 2018
The Sun enters Sagittarius and we have a full Moon at 0 degrees Gemini.
There is an enormous amount of power to transmute/transform the way we see the truths- universal and personal.
We have an invitation to be guided by our inner compass/intuition/guide.
We have to opportunity to see that we do have the information already to make a next step and a next one and a next one into our own authenticity.
Venus resumes forward motion on Nov 16 and we are incorporating awarenesses that came into our consciousness in regard to key relationships in this and other lives.
Some of the cultural film that covers our true desires and our happiest impulses can be cleared away.
We can see where we’ve walked onto a track that looked interesting but lead us to an unnavigable thicket.
We can see a way to a feeling that leads to a path that not only serves our needs, but our wants, too.
Gemini is ruled by Mercury. Mercury is retrograde, mostly in Sagittarius until it resumes forward motion at 27 degrees Scorpio on December 6.
We have some time, then, to see what is going on inside. We can view memories and experiences like a film or a sitcom or a slide show and fill in some blanks about our motivations, our mysteries and our habitual trains of thought.
Sagittarius and Gemini are mutable signs. One fire, one air.
They can use creative force to change minds and hearts.
They are willing to see things in new ways if it interests them.
Sagittarius distills the information gathered by Gemini into something meaningful, into a belief system.
Sag may try to impose that belief system on others as it is a natural teacher. A lesson here is to remember we gather, distill, and integrate knowledge and awareness on our own timelines, each to our own need.
At this full Moon in Gemini with Mercury retrograde we may see where the formation of our belief systems have been influenced by family, culture and nation… and marketing.
We may see a way clear to what we personally believe, because of, or despite our conditioning.
Some conditioning is so ingrained we think it is the yarn and the hat the yarn makes.
To tease out what is us from what we’ve been told, sometimes from birth, and also lifetime upon lifetime, can happen all of a sudden at this time. Scales truly can fall from the eyes.
And we get a rush of energy as we disentangle from the injected mores and belief systems of the collective. We are a step closer to individuation.
Sometimes our soul and psyche are only missing one puzzle piece.
During a Mercury retrograde like this one, that puzzle piece may come to the forefront of our consciousness to allow us quite a new freedom from sometimes ancient constraints.
Mercury retrograde may slow down your trip to the farmers market.
And in that delay, the genius that has been trying to find you will drop right into your mind.
Notice the delays. Watch and listen to what comes in in the wind.
The time is now to awaken from that torpor and Know.

SCORPIO NEW MOON 2018
The Scorpio New Moon invites new beginnings on all levels. Scorpio likes to dig deep.
The choices we make, have made, will make, and why we make them are in the realm of Scorpio.
The choices roll our paths out in front of us.
We can ask, is this choice leading me closer to who and what and how I want to be or will it lead me away from the path of my desires. Does this choice lead me to greater connection with All That Is or does it lead me to disconnection and a barren landscape.
In Scorpio the desire is twofold: toward Union with Source is one and moving away from Union with Source is the other.
We are always choosing and we are learning the choice that feels right for us. Truly right. This is about our own internal compass and our own relationship with our Higher Self and the Divine.
This time can reveal secrets previously hidden, especially if we use unexpected senses to explore. Like when we are blindfolded, our other senses are heightened.
We may find a vision/memory/breakthrough/healing through tasting a long-forgotten food from our childhood or from another life or feeling the vibration of music through the floorboards.
Venus is still retrograde until November 16 and revelations continue to make their way to the conscious mind/heart.
Jupiter, planet of hope and expansion and optimism, moves into Sagittarius on November 8.
Jupiter rules Sagittarius, so is quite at home there.
Jupiter takes about a year to move through each sign. So, for the next year we can open to expansion, change, and inner knowledge.
Sagittarius is a mutable sign, it can transform what we have been learning and practicing and teaching into useful endeavors.
Sagittarius wants to expand its mind and its spiritual experience. It wants to see and know it all.
It yearns to travel in the physical to explore new places. It also wants to travel on the inner to expand awareness and inner vision.
One lesson is to remember that each of us is on the path to truth and Union. The journey and experience is tailor made for each of us by our desire, our choices and our karma. We get where we are going in our individual timing.
Jupiter in Sagittarius brings out the preacher, the I know what’s right, the desire to dictate what one believes as the only way. We see it in our communities and in our “leaders” as well as in ourselves. Sagittarius energy is to learn the sound of our own inner voice.
The Sagittarius mission is to expand the inner world of intuition, our own guidance system.
To tune in with optimism and to enjoy the expansion into our dreams of how life is unfolding is especially fun and easy with Jupiter in Sagittarius. We don’t always need to know how we will get there. We can practice the feeling of fulfilled desires before they manifest in the physical experience.
The new Moon in Scorpio helps us to clear the way. The magic is Scorpio is it sees the minutia of a situation in the Scorpion aspect. It sees the big picture in the Eagle aspect of the sign. It experiences the willingness to burn away, in itself, that which is no longer serving so that it can, in Phoenix aspect, rise up anew, refreshed, unburdened, and ready to move into the Sagittarian expansion of learning and experience.
Scorpio likes to share resources. It is deep and probing but it isn’t a loner. Share with friends and neighbors – the journey does not have to be a solitary one.
Scorpio is about meaningful Union with Source and we all are a spark of that Divine Energy. We find our way Home by sharing the path, at least some of the time.
