The Sun is now in its home sign of Leo and the Moon is joining in for a new creative beginning.  Jupiter is joining them on this new moon to add an expansive, optimistic heart felt opening to expression of the True Self.

Now is the time to loosen the strings, to release the halting, the hesitation and to go on and get on with these ideas and intentions that were hashed and rehashed during the spring’s Mars retrograde.  With Saturn now direct in Scorpio, the relationship to inner and outer authorities has been examined, reviewed and new foundations can now be laid for a more empowered, aware and self-unified journey in this life.

Live yourself into the new framework of expression.  There is a lovely sense of allowing and willingness to transform with Saturn now direct and Mars both in Scorpio.  Allow yourself the expression.  Walk away from the tethers you’ve loosened so far this year, take your foot off the brakes -- it is time to go,  There can be a bit of trepidation in Scorpio.  But don’t worry, just because you are flying, it doesn’t mean you will get too close to the Sun.   Tune in to your authority and maturity and join with your Higher Self to move into this new and more authentic expression that comes from allowing.  Tune into the heart’s desire of the Sun in Leo and the Leo New Moon to move forward and express.  Jupiter in Leo brings optimism and the energy of expansion to this refreshing mix.

Shining like the Sun is your birthright.  Follow your heart’s desire.  Hold your hand on your heart for a reminder of this  and for courage.  Shine on.  Shine on.   Your way of shining may vary:  It may mean slowly and quietly peeping out from behind a cloud, allowing yourself to show yourself to the world for just brief moments at a time.  You may blaze and blaze like the desert heat, only cooling down when you go below the horizon for the night. 

Saturn direct teamed up with Mars will help you find your rhythm and timing that works best with the desire to create that is firing you.  Leo will give you the courage to crack on.

Whether you spend 10 furious minutes at your easel or five slow and easy hours making bread, whether you work a week on and a week off – allow your desire nature – the one that is pushing you to creatively express who you are today -- to move through you in a way that works best for you – the medium, the format and the timing that feed YOU.

The Moon is full in Capricorn, which of course means it is opposing the Sun in Cancer, its polarity.  
With Capricorn we are dealing with authority and with the moon full in the sign we are wanting and finding ways to exhibit authority over our own lives and emotional bodies.   We may have feelings about the structures and dictates of society.

There is a desire to feel good about how we hold ourselves and our ego/emotional body as we navigate the journey in and through life. It is a lovely time to make a giant step into the self that we have been
wanting to embody, kind of like having a gorgeous garment all tailored and fitting wonderfully hanging in the closet waiting for the “right occasion” to slip it on.

Well, this Capricorn Moon gives the inner authority to state, “today is the day” and now is that “perfect occasion” to step into that glorious self that we may have been waiting or even hesitating to embody. It is time to feel
comfortable in the skin we are in.  To be exactly the size we were meant to be, taking up our space on the
planet in a luminous, strong and grounded way. 
 
 I am reading a lot as Jupiter is about to move into Leo. Leo is, a sign of creative self expression, a sign that has a feeling of “special purpose” coupled with Jupiter, a planet that likes to be expansive and optimistic and trust it’s intuition.   I am seeing a lot about the idea of FINDING YOUR LIFE PURPOSE” and that THIS is the time to find that purpose.

 I just want to say, please be gentle with yourself at this time.  Jupiter could also blow out of proportion that idea that if one doesn’t find one’s life’s purpose RIGHT NOW!!! all might be lost.  It is a great time to be optimitstic,
to go with a strong sense of intuition and inner guidance.  And if you don’t feel big AHA’s coming, then go with the little ones – think of the mustard seed, by dears.   A small change in your diet or daily routine - journaling, drawing, visioning, for example, could lead to many lovely life changes. 
 
Be kind to yourself – Capricorn can be a strong task master and old parental and societal voices might arise brandishing historic insults, reprimands and judgments that need to be kept clear of the seedlings, buds or beautiful vines that you have been tending in your  “life purpose” garden.  

Your Life Purpose may be as simple as you living your life, day to day, authentically and with much sweetness and loving intention to yourself and others as is possible.  For some, there may be an ultimate purpose and for others, there may be myriad purposes to be filled – some seemingly small and some seemingly super
important.  We are growing and evolving and shifting and what the purpose may have been in 2006 may not be the purpose in 2014. 

Allow. Allow.
Allow for the opening into fullness. Allow yourself to enjoy the journey of life.  This idea of and ultimate   Purpose can be as much of a rigid taskmaster as a mean boss at a job you hate.  Another carrot on a stick that maybe isn’t a carrot at all, it could be simply a popsicle stick painted orange.   How much fun and beauty have I missed (or even avoided) while grasping at the idea of purpose?  Hopefully not too much more.  :-) 

So, in the light of the Full Moon, allowing ourselves to feel how we need to feel, and to structure our lives as we feel we need and want to, despite societal/political/familial mores could be “up” for many of us at this time. The outside world can be pounding on our earthly vehicle, our shell, our home of homes – our mind/body/consciousness and insisting we say this or be that.  But in our bones (Capricorn) and in our tummy (Cancer), we know who we truly are.  Even if we think we are still trying to figure it all out, we do know who and what we are – we know our own essence. 

So smell into the fragrance that is You.  Breathe into it and allow the societal fetters to be loosed, if not entirely let go.  Breathe and breathe until your inner hollow is blown up and taking the space it is destined to take up in this hear and this now.   Enjoy Creation and creating from this place.
