Beauty and peace found in shades of gray.
We have a Libra full moon with quite a few retrograde planets: Venus, Mercury, Jupiter, and Saturn.
So nearly half the planets are currently retrograde. We could look at that as a balancing gray area. We are in life looking forward looking backward and many would say, attempting to be in the present.
Our present is so often pushed from both sides by the past and the future.
We can sink down into the depths to avoid the push. We can rise up in the sky for a big pic of all of it. Both are also part of the experience.
The saying “look back but don't stare” comes to mind here.
When wearing the world as a loose garment, we are free to move through the time and space of our own consciousness, as well as that of the group Mind.
Libra is an air sign. It is of the mind. It turns its attention, often through the beauty of images (it is Venus ruled) to navigate through time space and awareness.
We learn how to relate in Libra. In the opposition to Aries the Sun’s touchstone is personal instinct.
We can yoyo back and forth between “I” and “we” and see how each feels. As we learn more about how the self feels in relation to others, the swing can be less dramatic, more fluid.
We learn how to be with others and importantly, how to hold our own with others.
The history we see through retrograde helps us to refine the experience of relationship – what we have learned already.
The mind and the gut help us to know when and with whom to relate.
And they help us to know how to relate.
Retrograde Venus in Pisces (resuming forward motion on April 15) now squares Saturn retrograde in Sagittarius. The two mutable signs help us to reframe past structures of relationship. New memories may be coming to the fore. We may recall events and feelings on a new way that could allow us to see a bigger picture of what went on, allowing for greater understanding as we carry on. With the Venus conjunction to Chiron, we can get clarity and healing in regard to past relationships, including familial relationships.

Full Moon in Libra in its opposition to Aries invites us to be ourselves, at core, and I relating to others, to see how it feels to join with others as our authentic selves.
