SAGITTARIUS NEW MOON 2018

The new Sagittarius Moon coincides with Mercury resuming forward motion.
That gives a boost to the culmination and subsequent new beginning feeling this New Moon.
While Sagittarius can get on its high horse, it is a mutable sign that is willing to transform its beliefs ideas and ambitions.
A good root around in our past experience of power dynamics in relationship colored the Mercury retrograde into Scorpio.
With Sagittarius’ ruler recently entering its home sign of Sag, we get a burst of optimism about how we tune into our relationship to our own lives and goals and how we interact with others on the way.
The Sagittarius energy wants to set out into parts unknown – on the inner and the outer planes. The arrow flies true when the journey is lead by the archer’s Intuition.
It is helpful to start the day with a quiet reminder that our higher self is available to organize all kinds of assistance for us.
We can rely on the wisdom available throughout the day, asking that our mind, heart and feet be given direction.
Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius and is transiting for the next year or so through Sagittarius.
Jupiter is the Greater Benefic, the Expander, the Optimist.
Sagittarius riles growth, expansion and long distance travel.
As we expand, we are more likely to encounter others and their expansion experience.
If my expansion is mostly on the inner, the world still feels that and I attract the world to me. One way or another, as we expand we will join up with others on the way. We share experiences, we share histories. We share new experiences because of our histories.
We are bringing ourselves forward as Mercury comes out of its retrograde shadow in Scorpio and in forward motion enters Sagittarius on December 12.
We are empowered by memory of past experience. The deepened and wider Truth that we now embody fuels our expansion with a new Moon, Sun and Jupiter in Sagittarius.
As Sagittarius is a natural teacher we prepare to share the fleshed our truths we’ve experienced. And around our hearth fire in the Northern hemisphere and our barbecue or campfire in the Southern hemisphere, we share what we have found.
Each of us has a Truth, a story, a narrative that is unfolding. When we meet each other and share, we may see how the narratives intertwine and inform the others.
We tune in, regularly, to our own intuition to see how the evolution of our story rings with our inner bell and our higher selves.
We take what rings True and leave the rest.
Sagittarius is big and wise and wonderful and shows us the way with a wink and a laugh and an urging to know ourselves. It reminds us “To Thine Own Self Be True.
