The Scorpio/Taurus axis makes for a powerful full moon every time.
The Moon is asking us to reform how we look at the comfort and security that Sun in Taurus craves. It asks us to to look at what we value and how that affects our daily life and our transformational experience.
It draws Taurus, from its couch or sunny garden, into a deepening experience of our higher selves, our inner selves— which are one in the same.
Taurus is learning self sufficiency and the Scorpio full Moon teaches us to explore the resources available all around us and within us that we can share - and that the material world, and the inner world have on offer.
The first relationship that can be deepened and valued at this time is that with our higher/inner Self; that with Spirit.
When we listen, we have a constant friend, companion and advisor.
We may be getting lots of downloads from Source a Mercury speeds from Taurus to Gemini on 12 May then into Cancer on May 29. Keep your voice messaging open or a pen handy.
Things are starting to get interesting. We have Taurus’s ruler, Venus, currently in Gemini, starting Retrograde motion on the 13th of May at 2:45 am EST. Venus will resume forward motion on the 25th of June at 5 degrees Gemini. More about values and how we communicate and value the relationship with self and others.
Pluto is already retrograde at 24 degrees Capricorn calling for us to be adults and own our own authority when dealing with those “ in authority.”
Saturn will turn retrograde on 11 May at nearly 2 degrees Aquarius - which will call on us to ratchet up the desire to have a system that actually serves its people and its environment. Come July, the Saturn retrograde will dip back into Capricorn for another opportunity to really see how we are doing with personal authority and its relationship with the System.
Jupiter begins retrograde motion on 15 May at 27 degrees Capricorn which may incite some internalization of the idea that we CAN actually have a new kind of system. The caterpillar to butterfly transformation is in process.
We might be approaching the goo phase. We have been in the chrysalis phase for some months now. Parts of our caterpillar selves are melting away as we commune with our inner forces in isolation.
The revelations and reclaiming and retching and reviewing and renewing and recycling and retreating and refusing and reacting and rethinking and replacing and resisting and reevaluating and reposing that we have been and will be doing will all be included in the soup we are each becoming. That soup will be fuel for the ultimate transformation we make into the butterflies as a result of the current experience. Eventually we will emerge, sweaty from the exertion of transformation and rebirth.
Pluto and Jupiter are still in orb of their conjunction that asks us to deepen the relationship we have with our own individual power — getting to know it, allowing it to fill us up and to see how we want to use it for our highest and best good.
Taurus is about internal resources and value. Scorpio is about power and how we use it, how we embody it.
At this full moon, allow the love of the self and the power that grows in our hearts and spirits to glow. It will light each step along the path ahead.
