What Nourishes You Now?

Imagine your portrait here, dear traveler. With the Uranus Pluto square still lingering around it can feel like looking into the mirror with your Halloween makeup still on. Shocking, Traumatic to see that side of oneself. This time of year is a wonderful to see who we really are at our depth. Warts and all. So I gently suggest standing at the mirror or looking into an unruffled pool and witness as you remove the makeup – princess OR frog.  See yourself as the lines and freckles appear. We are not all sweetness and light and fluffy bunnies and heroes. Breathe into the skeleton and the skin that plays over it and the experiences and thoughts and plans that make you  – You.   Honoring it all -  and breathing into all that you are is a wonderful way to weather this square.  It also paves the way to digest the November 3 New Moon eclipse in Scorpio.  Who are you when you witness yourself laid bare – fangs and all?  And what part of life are you preparing to bite into next?  Time to feel into what would be truly nourishing for you – not just what looks yummy and sweet.  Much love,  Lydia xxx
